Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ashmit, an individual proprietor trading as Tarus ("Tarus", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of Vestor, our desktop inventory and billing software, and the related website, accounts and services (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that business.

1. The Service

Vestor helps small shops manage inventory, create bills and invoices, view sales reports and forecasts, keep supplier details and, with a subscription, use an AI assistant. The core features work offline on your computer. AI features, account management, and sync capabilities require an active internet connection and subscription.

2. Software License & Usage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Vestor on your computer. You must not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute modified builds of the software.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Razorpay on a recurring basis. All prices include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
