04Enquiries and project work

Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Any estimates, timelines or ideas we share before an agreement are for discussion only. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, schedule and ownership of the work. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

We treat the project details you share with us as confidential. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive information, tell us and we'll sign one first.
